• Senel Engineers provides a range of Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for our clients to insure projects are built efficiently and in accordance with their plans and specifications.

• These services include the review of plans, specifications, shop drawings, construction schedules and progress payments, day to day quality assurance inspection as well as certifying final project completion. We will help you identify and provide solutions to potential problems that may arise during construction.

• We have a standardized Quality Control Plan that begins with the assignment of qualified staff; briefing of personnel prior to new stages of work; and monitoring inspection activities, record keeping, and staff during construction. A Quality Manager is assigned to each project to review the work of the entire field staff on a scheduled basis.

 

• Our staff is trained in construction, safety, maintenance and protection of traffic, and protection of the environment. Most of our inspectors are certified by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) and have many years of experience in the field. This experience, combined with a close relationship with the Design Engineers gives our Resident Inspectors the insight to interpret the designs and act responsibly to assure a quality project.

	Project Management	We will manage your project from award to completion. We will attend all meetings and prepare all your project submittals, project correspondence, claims, change orders and schedules. Additionally, we can track and monitor your project costs to better assist you in completing your project on time and within budget.
	Structural Engineering Design	We will design most elements of your construction project. We engineer both temporary and permanent structures. 	Development of Plans and Technical Specifications - Owners	We will prepare the contract drawings and detailed technical specifications to ensure your projects are completed properly in the manner you specify. The bid package will include the bidders proposal broken down as you specify as well as the construction agreement between the owner and contractor.
	Inspection - Owners	We have inspectors, industrial hygienists and Civil Engineers who have worked in the construction industry for several years. We can oversee your project to ensure the contractor's complete compliance with the contract documents.
